Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance by PropioClear. Invoices are due according to the payment terms assigned to your company. Unpaid invoices may accrue late fees.

PropioClear's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific order giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
